Our Master Butcher James Grier, truly is A Cut Above The Rest. Experienced with a variety of carcass, rest assured James will deliver excellent cutting results with any type of meat he handles whether it be beef, pork, lamb, veal, or poultry. He brings 10 years of experience from Publix where he worked in cutting for 8 years and was meat manager for 2 years. James is versed in wild game, slaughtering, and domestic animals.
James was born in Martin County and raised in Palm City, FL. he is a 3rd generation Floridian. His grandfather, father and two uncles have all been cattlemen.
James’s expertise assist the staff and overall production of Best Choice Meats, Inc. Together we ensure all of our meats are safely handled with respect to age rotations and appropriate cuts (for specific meat types). Most importantly, we take pride in our work. Whether it be something you order from the shop or something you brought in – we guarantee you’ll enjoy the cut.
